Silvia Machmer now is based in Berlin managing an independent consulting office. Machmer has international experience from various industries; she has worked as an independent consultant on ICT sector, fashion business, chemical industry, tourism and publishing. Since year 2000 Machmer has offered targeted services in international business development, opening European markets, Public Relations, marketing, communication and sales management. Silvia Machmer has a Ph.D. in contemporary history from the University of Milan and she is an expert of  East European economies.

Roberto Bernardin is co-founder of Machmer International Consulting. He gained extensive experience in technology management in international company groups such as Smith Kline & French, Johnson & Johnson and ITT Cannon working in Europe and in the Middle East. The last 14 years he has been doing management consulting services. In June 2009 he moved from Milan, Italy to Berlin, Germany.
